Very large SiPM arrays with aggregated output

In this work we will document the design and performances of a SiPM-based photodetector with surface area 100 cm$^2$ conceived to operate as replacement for PMTs. The signals from 94 SiPMs are summed up produce an aggregated output that exhibits in liquid nitrogen dark count rate (DCR) lower than cps over entire surface, signal noise ratio better 13, timing resolution 5.5 ns. module feeds about 360 mW at 5 V dynamic range excess 500 photo-electrons on $\Omega$ differential line. unit is compatible operations room temperature, DCR increased by 6 orders magnitude.
